
Today we drove over Blewett Pass to a trailhead located at the top of the Teanaway River Valley. The trail to Longs Pass was about 2000' over 1 1/2 miles. The hike was not very hard but a little tricky in the areas where we lost the trail because of the five feet of snow. It took us no time to get down from the top, we just "skied" with our shoes to the bottom!

At the top of the ridge we enjoyed lunch and the amazing views of Mount Stuart. As you can see, Kent was very happy to be hiking (see below)!

Did you have anyone else along or did you take the photos with a timer?
